Refund Policy

Within 30 calendar days after delivery, you may ask us to review goods that are damaged, faulty, wrong, missing parts, or materially inconsistent with their description. A return for simple preference, change of mind, or selection of the wrong size or option is not offered, subject always to non-excludable legal rights.

Evidence and return direction

Send lucienedelka117@gmail.com the order reference, checkout email, reason, and photographs or video of the goods and parcel. Do not ship before approval. After approval we provide the exact return destination and instructions; the published mailing address is not presumed to be the returns facility.

Replacement or refund

An exchange requires a successful review and suitable stock. We initiate an approved refund through the original payment method within 10 calendar days of approval. Financial institutions can take longer to display it.
